Jennifer Tokatyan
Jennifer Tokatyan is the Executive Director for Angel Faces, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide healing retreats and ongoing support for adolescent girls with burn/trauma injuries to achieve their optimal potential, develop meaningful relationships for themselves, their families, and their communities. She is honored to be part of the Angel Faces Team and to have the opportunity to positively contribute to the girls' lives as well receive invaluable gifts in return. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys outdoor activities including cycling, running, swimming and spending quality time with friends and family. Jennifer is also a certified in the Predictive Index® and Vice President, Client Services with Performance PI. The Predictive Index® process improves effectiveness and productivity across all levels of an organization. As a practical, reliable indicator of workplace behavior, it helps organizations make sound, people-smart decisions with the best results for the company and for the people themselves. The Predictive Index® process is a combination of Employee Assessment, education and consulting.
Jennifer has a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University and a B.A. in Business Administration from University of San Diego. In addition to her expertise in Predictive Index®, she has expertise coaching managers and employees at all levels in Situational Leadership and Situational Self Leadership. She is passionate about personal development and helping people unleash all their potential. She has a proven track record of success in her previous companies as evidenced by continual improvement in employee opinion survey scores, employee retention and business results.
