Ok. Health and Fitness Goal. I am signed up to complete a half marathon at the end of April. My goal is to complete it in under 2 hours and 10 minutes. I have created a scheduled that moves me from my current pace of about an 11 minute mile to the pace of a 9 minute mile over the next few months so that I can achieve this goal.

mfelso Not doing well on this goal. I have just set up an alarm clock that brightens 30 minutes prior to scheduled wake up time so we will see if that helps.
